In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
7.1.1 Taking hostages must be roleplayed to a very high quality. My Roleplay wasn't good enough,after demanding that player puts his hands up,i knocked him out too soon,gave him too little time to react,didin't engage in meaningful conversation first,the whole thing was rushed out.

Why should we unban you ?
I was banned before for serious offenses,but i am truly a reformed player who has no intent to do ill to other players or break any rules,the roleplay i engaged with that player was very rushed,and i could barely hear anything due to people yelling on discord, but that is not an excuse at all, i should have not engaged him in the first place because i had trouble hearing in game sound, or i should have taken my take to mute discord and then proceed to Roleplay. I am willing to fully compensate the gear that the victim has lost due to bad RP (I believe it was somewhere around 300k but i'm willing to give more if needed). I do know the rules and i take them seriously, i have learned from my mistakes (many of them) i am sorry for inconvenience i have caused to other players and staff members and i appreciate the time you took to look through my appeal.

This is now the fourth time that you've been banned on our servers. How do you intend to convince us that you are, as you say, a reformed player that is now going to play by the rules and not break them again 10 days later as you have done previously?

Before engaging someone i will plan out things ahead, i wont rush roleplay , as i said i have no intentions on breaking the rules, the whole situation was a big mistake.I will also give maximum priority to the roleplay and will make sure that everyone included has a great experience. I promise this wont happen again.

We've heard it all before you "promise it won't happen again" yet it's happened 4 times now.

1. Banned for Stealing an NHS Heli

4. Banned for Poor Rp
   

For someone that has "No intentions of breaking the rules" and the situation just "being a big mistake" you have quite a record there.

So again

I feel like the only way i can convince you guys is by showing my my actions in game, by proving that i can do high quality  roleplay ,and by compensating the gear that guy lost, i'm even willing to pay him twice as much his gear was worth because i care more about roleplay than money. Actions hold much more weight than words.So please give me another chance.

Last time i broke rule was like a year or two ago,well if i'll break a break a rule in 10 days then i deserve to get banned forever.

And yeah you can convince us all you want but you record says it all. 
How can we be absolute and 100% sure that you will not break another rule and spend even more time on you?

You can be 200% sure because you have my word and as i said i have no intention of breaking any rules since i am reformed player, this whole situation was a mistake. If you give me another chance i will prove that to you.If i get another ban it is going to be the last one so that is even bigger motivation for me to not break any the rules.I wish there was some other way to prove myself to you guys beside my words, but i am limited to forums. As i previously stated im willing to compensate the guy double of what his gear was worth so that could be a good starting point to prove that im not all just talk and no action.
