Self explanatory, I "combat stored".

Why should we unban you.
At the time I didn't believe myself to be in combat, their were no shots and no hostile action towards me at the time I had stored the vehicle. Though after I went to teamspeak and spook to Arrogant he informed me that they were in pursuit of the vehicle and that I did combat store. It was my fault as I just believed Combat Storing went by the same guidelines as Combat Reviving in the police- no shots for three minutes then you can revive-, but I was wrong. It was my fault as I had mentioned to Bread and informed him that such a stupid mistake wouldn't occur again.

Explain these in your own words.

As far as NLR goes I know you forget all memories that occur around the time of your death or the memories involved with your death. Also you can't remember anything about the locations of any possessions you lost I.e your car or gear. Also you can't rescan within a 1km radius of where you died unless killed via RDM or VDM(in this case, as far as I know, NLR does not apply). 

This leads on to the rule of combat storing. After last night I have gained more clarity on the rule and understand that I can't store any vehicle while I am being pursued or in any kind of combat situation I.e being shot at... 

And finally playing rebel as cop. I understand this rule perfectly as it is pretty self explanatory - don't partake in any illegal activities while enlisted in the police force- but is this a bannable offence? If so then I am completely at fault but the only information I received on my ban was for combat storing...

I have been a player on these servers for 2 months and love the role play, its the reason I love altis life so much. When I play on the server I normally I abide by the rules, though this time I haven't and am facing the consequences.Howver,  I can assure you this won't happen again because I have re read the rules and gained more clarity and understanding on them. I am truly sorry for any inconveniencees my actions caused. 

And as for what i could brink to the community. I think I would bring a friendly role playing experience to my friends and foes on the server.
