Doesent say anything but i asked her and she says: banned for breaking rule 5.4 as you entered into combat after being revived.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
So me and my friend Carlito Corleone had this situation where a gang tried to rob me. Thing escalade and i get killed and Carlito is still alive and has killed a few of them. Medics come not hearing any shoots, i tell the medic to get me out of the situation but he decided to revive me (keep in mind no shoots fired yet). as he is halfway done whit me getting revived we take shoots, he keeps reviving me and i get up. Why i shoot: Before i died i could switch weapons patch myself up or anything and when i got up i had my mx in my hand i liturally like fired a few shoots to see if it was working. The shoots arriving to the offrad was from Carlito not me. (Keeep in mind i didnt tell the medic to revive me i told him to drag me whit him)

Why should we unban you ?
As far as i am conserned i didnt do anything wrong whit purpose, I was combat revived, and i didnt even get a chance to explain myself she didnt take me away she didnt sen me a note what she did was that she instantly banned me.

The medic combat reviving is another story. if you could please provide the name of the medic so we can deal with that accordingly. 

As for you breaking rule 5.4, you state that you just fired a few shots to "see if it was working" yet two staff members confirmed that you were (and I quote) "quite obviously trying to shoot at the same people in the same combat situation that he had been part of"

I can do nothing but believe the words of two Staff Members over yours. Unless you have evidence proving otherwise, that's where we're currently at. 

Now, honesty is key with these Unban appeals. If you're honest with me and show me that you deserve to be here, It would benefit you alot more.

As i was down i wasn't able to see the medics name, mustve been a bug i have where i have never been able to see peoples names when im down and as soon as i got up i he got in the car and left.

I do not have any evidence from the situation and i fully understand that you have to trust the staff members, so all i can do now is to apolygise for what happend. I have been here on the server for atleast two years now and this must be one of the only rules i honestly didnt know about. I have always been playing by the rules and failed them now and then but i can honestly say i didnt mean to break any rules in this, it was a sticky situation where i didnt know if i would fire back or just stand there put my hands up and die. 

As i took a pause for a while this rule must have been something i didnt get to read and i am very sorry and i promise that if i get back i am gonna be doing things differently and learn from my mistake. (gonna go re read the rules right away!)

(5.4) When you are revived/downed:

You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 15 minutes.

Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.

While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. The exception to this is information spoken in direct chat in game. Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly.

This rule means that when you get revived you are still not fully healthy and that means that im am logicly still not able to act up in the fight as i get up. I am also not allowed to give info to my teamates unless i dont hotmic it. 

that is how i would explain the rule and i am truly sorry for what i did, at that moment i was very stressed and didnt know what to do.

Because i am acctually a player that ussually goes by the rules, i come up whit good roleplay and i play fair, this was an honest mistake i did not mean anything that i did i was just very stressed i promise that i will think more before i action and i have read the rules now 3 times now.
