Dear Admins 

gamers has opened an un-ban appeal

Date & Time you was banned:: 8. september 5:30 pm
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Noze
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Because i was swearing at someone.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I know swearing is wrong but when i get mad i cant stop to start swearing furiously. This is for me in any competitive game. I always rage and swear when i dont win or something like that. I didnt have read the rules before and i will read them all now and do everything not to get banned again.

Lacuks had his vehicle stolen in a robbery which first lead to his frustration. He began throwing insults out at the robbers over sidechat 'F*ck You' etc. After other online members warned him via sidechat that swearing OOC at other members of the community is a breach of server rules i took this as his one and only warning as if he HAD read the rules he would know that what he was doing was wrong. The final blow was when he eventually labeled his opposition a 'dickhead' thus the reason for the ban.

Quoting the How to Appeal a Ban page:

'' If you "bump" your appeal or keep asking when will i be unbanned we reserve the right to deny the request. ''

Kindly requesting your patience, the case will be dealt with when its being deal with. As the bumping of your topic is against the forum rules, a warning point will be issued if you do this again in the future. Admins are very busy and even being that busy usually respond pretty quick, so I advise you to just wait it out.
