In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Me and my group where being chased by the police that was trying to pull us over. During the chase, we jumped out and failed to initiate and start shooting at the police. I killed one of them and therefore I was reported and banned for RDM.

Why should we unban you ?
I think that I should be unbanned because of that I have now been giving my case a good look, and I know now what I did wrong and fully understand why my actions got me reported and banned. I have been reading the rules and trying to remember them so that i don't do mistakes like this again.

If you were faced with the same situation now, how would you behave differently? 

I.e. what would you say or do differently?

I should have pulled over when the police blue lighted me at the start of the situation to see what the had to say. I would then take actions from there. if the now saw that I was wanted and told me to get out of the car, I could have said that i can't risk being caught/go to jail because i have a family to take care of. Then I would try to drive away from the police to not get caught. What I'm saying is that i should try to use roleplay rather than just shoot them for no reason.

I think you have this rule on your server to make all roleplay situation what the really are/should be and that's roleplay. Without this rule on the server, there would not be any good high-quality roleplay situations. There would only be pvp scenarios and no form of roleplay if this server rule didn't exist.
