In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was pulling up to the drug dealer in Kavala and hit a guy in a tree-suit, Accidentally causing a VDM.

Why should we unban you.
I accidentally hit a guy outside of the drug dealer in Kavala. I hit the guy after knocking my mouse causing me to bank to left after I started my car and drove forward because a police officer come out from inside the drug dealers so I wanted to move away for that area (after seeing police).

 I did shout a number of times that I was sorry to the man from inside my car and flashed my lights to him to come over, but after he didn't come over I drove towards the dock before crashing, I jumped out of my car and was banned.

I have a good understanding of the rule-set as I am playing as a medic and I'm disappointed that even tho I tried to say sorry and resolve on TS with Neo; I understand it for protection of the server but I believe this ban was unneeded as I tried to resolve it and it being an accident in the first place.

Why didn't you just roleplay in out by getting out the car?

It's a bit silly trying to say sorry from in your car when you can't really hear.

Yeah, I know at the time I wasn't thinking straight, I forgot how low the volume is inside the car when shouting out, stupid on my part is I normally get out of the car and RP that he could have been injured, Just this time I never and I paid the price in way of a ban, It was only after I was talking to a friend and he said you do know they guy possibly never even heard you trying to say sorry that I got upset at myself and admitted to myself that it was in fact my own fault for breaking my own normal RP self, I only play on server to RP so this oversight on RP is poor by me.

As I stated before I'm upset with myself for 1: no thinking straight and 2: I forgot my own basic RP'ing' rule that all my actions in game have to be accountable by myself, I'm also embarrassed that my in-game actions have had led to a ban as I think of myself as a upstanding member of the community.

I know now that the ban was needed as I did break a rule, no matter if it was just me being forgetful and not thinking straight and I just hope that the admins can forgive me for wasting their time because I messed up.
