In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got RMDed then I told the guy to come in Team speak and he refused and was laughing so I said I don't want to report you and then got kicked off.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because I understand what I have done wrong and spoke to an Admin about it so I am fully aware of my ban. Also because I am an active member of the server and a member of the NHS and really enjoy the server. I have been banned for not in a day and I already miss it as I feel its like no other game out there with the high level of Role Play. I also took the time to review all the rules so I am up to speed and hopefully won't need to write another appeal . I am sorry for breaking the rules but I hope you give me another chance to play.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice.

I understand this rule now basically next time someone breaks the rule against me I must not step out of RP the only thing I can do is ask them to come in Team speak to discuss what has happened, failure for the person to comply instead of threatening them which is breaking the rules which I know now I will just go through with the report due to them not complying. There is no exceptions to breaking Role play not even OCC chat which now I will not make the same mistake. Hopefully this is good enough and I'm sorry for breaking the rules hopefully this is enough to get unbanned .

I would say through OCC chat to come in once maybe twice if not just file the report.

Because I wasn't fully aware of this even being a rule that you can't say in OCC chat and now I do there is no rule I will break I am sorry for breaking the rule I really enjoy playing the server and I have actually had my eyes glued on the forums awaiting a reply as no game no server has nearly the same play style and community like this. I will abide by all the rules and play as an active member. I hope you give me a second chance I will really appreciate I have been missing this server like mad.

Yes I have read the server rules I am up to speed with them now the first ban was a while ago when I didn't take it very seriously but now I do and I hope you give me a third chance then I promise this will be the last one I really enjoy the server as you can tell I have literally been watching your recent activity and saw you replied to mine I was so happy I replied instantly I really hope I can get back onto the server soon. I would remain calm continue with the role play as I am still down/injured then once I have been revived or died message the person in OCC chat to come into team speak to discuss the matter as there point of view may be different to mine and I would like to give everyone a chance to get the point across. In this senerio the person either refuses to come in to team speak or doesn't repsond I will just go through with the report a player appeal as they refuse to cooperate I will not In OCC chat say come in or I will report I will simple ask them once or twice 'Can you come into Team speak so we can discuss the matter' I now know under no circumstances should I threat to report someone as it is against the rules. Thank you for the response and reading this I hope this is enough as I am eager to come back on the server and enjoy the brilliant role play it provides. Also I just got promoted to First Aider on the NHS and would love to do a patrol by myself.
