I was banned because i killed someone for running over to there truck and not putting their hands up when I told them too and I think i was banned because I started pulling my gun off my back as I was telling the guy to put his hands up but he lost sight of me in the video

Why should we unban you ?
Because I believe I did not do anything wrong. I have been a part of other whitelisted RP communities for a while and have never broken rules and I was applying the same logic on here as I have on the other games. I did not mean to or think about commiting RDM and I correctly initiated roleplay. I told the guy I was trying to rob that he should put his hands up and I pulled my gun off my back while doing so and he continued to remove his vehicle from the garage and run over to it as I am still telling him to put his hands up.

Do you understand our rules more clearly now? What we deem acceptable and unacceptable? If you are clouded in this then i would suggest watching a couple of approved report a players that were banned for RDM.

Can you quote the RDM? Can you explain it in your own words?

Do you also understand that this isn't a game mode we all love and play just because it revolved around an economy; in the report  you state

which seems more sarcastic than anything to be honest... We are here to roleplay to a high standard!

 
Yes I definitely do understand the rules better now and RDM is killing someone without proper roleplay initiation such as not giving them enough time to comply with demands or driving up to them getting out of your vehicle and lighting them up for no reason whatsoever. 

I am also sorry if the "I can comp you 10k :)" thing sounded a bit sarcastic. I had my side of the story and he had his and I did not mean to cause any trouble so I was wishing to solve it in a quicker easier way by offering to compensate him for losses and having to deal with the whole situation. 

I do understand that the whole game mode is not based around the economy and that it is also about creating roleplay experiences and enjoying a good time with the community

I'd make sure that if i am engaging in role-play with someone where I am asking them to put their hands up or something similar I shall give them more time to comply with my demands and make sure they understand what I am doing
