I got banned because while i was doing oil run i got robbed but they didnt use their mics. I gave them my money that i had on my and the keys to my truck, they ran away but shot me in the head so i got mad and told them that i would report them and get them banned for RDM

Why should we unban you ?
It was almost 2 years ago. I am more mature, i follow rules and i miss the community so i would like to go back and play again with my friends. I know i broke RP but i got mad because i was low on money and that run gave me a lot of money and i just got robbed and RDMed so thats wby i got mad and threatend to report them. I think you shoul also unban me because i have changed a lot during these 2 years. I am older now and i am not toxic anymore and i really regret what i have done. I promise that i will not break any rules like i did that time.

Two years is a long time, rules have changed in this time.

(1.4) Any threat to, or harassment of, any person, or the community, will not be tolerated and a permanent ban will be issued. Depending on the context of the threat we will fully assist the UK police with their enquiries.

I got this rule placed on my ban because i did threat a player. I told him that i would report him for RDM if he didnt give me my money and stuff back because i got really mad like i said i was low on money and he just took it all and RDMed me after.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

I did Break RP in voice chat because i started talking about me trying to get him banned from the server and thats not RP. I am not going to lie or anything i did it and i regret it a lot.

they just ambushed me and pointed guns at me so i thought they are robbing me so i put me hands up and they took my truck and money because my truck was still open. When they were done "robbing" me one of the killed me and the took off.

I would put my hands up and do what ever they say. After they are done robbing me i would contact the police and tell them how they looked and what way they went. I have learn to control my anger now and i never rage over small stuff like this.

 
Since your ban was such a long time ago I'm willing to give you another chance! Please before joining ensure the following:

  1. Ensure that you read through all the server rules before joining and if you have a question about one of them join Join for Support and ask about them! 
  2. In the future when getting into a situation that you think they broke a rule record it and make a report but do not break roleplay and do not threaten to report someone!
