In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Me and my friend were flying in a helicopter in the unmc region. A hellicopter started to chase us because we entered the unmc zone. We were unexperienced and I didn't know that I needed a passport. While they prompted us to land, I quit the game because I had to go "in real life".

Why should we unban you ?
I know this is a bad thing to do because I was being chased , but it was a moment where I had to shut down my pc. I normally follow the rules of every server i join but, this was a moment that was just inconvenient. I am a friendly player who likes to roleplay on this server and I like to make friends with everyone I meet in this server.
After all I know and have learned that what I did was wrong because I have been banned for a really long time now and I have definitely learned my lesson.

When reading your ban notes it supplies a video of the situation that occurred, and it showed absolutely nothing near what you stated here. You proclaimed it was a helicopter chase with the UNMC, high adrenaline chase, battle of the ages. When in actual fact... it was a hobo combat logging as soon as he was arrested the the police in Kavala square.

So.. why did you decide to lie? Was it because the UNMC spiel is easier to talk your way out of? Is it because you know how bad the combat logging looks on the officers video? Enlighten me.

The helicopter chase combat log is honestly the only combat log which I did on purpose and remember. I do not remember or know the situation what you are talking about, which is possible because it was a long time ago. It wasn't my purpose to lie to you but now you know that I am honnest about the helicopter situation.

There was no need to quote me and make a second reply, bumping your thread is frowned upon, I suggest looking at the unban appeal procedures/rules.

Staff/admins here are more than capable of seeing what is going on in the forum, including your reply.

Have you gone back and read the unban procedure rules as Yankee suggested?

So you have clearly have a history of breaking rules.... not a great start, now you conveniently don't remember the situation where you were banned.

you will have to start being very honest, because if people lie to us, it ends in a perm ban.

Yes I have actually gone back and read the rules as suggested.

I honnestly don't remember the situation which was told. Yankee said that there was a video of the event which resulted in me getting banned, maybe if I am able to see it I can remember the situation again, but right now at this moment I honnestly can't remember it which is human. In my older unban appeals I also was fully convinced that the "helicopter situation" got me banned because I simply can not remember a other situation which resulted me in getting banned.. I am trying to be as honest as I can right now.

 
What I dont get is that you had a previous unban appeal, where you messaged staff about the unban appeal, bumping it, then you go and bump your appeal again.

This raises the question of whether you actually either read the rules or care about following them, having already had your appeal denied previously for something very similar.

im not convinced you will follow our rules, youll have to convince us otherwise.

sorry for this inconvenience, I actually have read all the twelve bullet points, and I know that I previously have broken these two rules which state: 

  • Do not contact admins via PM or on Team-speak about unbans! 
  • If you "bump" your appeal or keep asking; “when will I be unbanned” we reserve the right to deny the request.
I am aware that I have broken these two rules regarding unban appeal rules and from now on I will make sure that I won't break these rules again. I promise that I won't break any rules again and I do care about the rules. I am willing to behave more maturely on this server from now on.

In your kick message it says that you are kicked for combat logging.
Now what i want you to do is to describe the incident (because the incident you are describing is not the correct one)  where you did log, and also quote and explain the rule we have for this on the rulespage.

As I said, I do not remember the situation but I will try to describe it using Yankee's provided information.

So I understand that I did something in kavala square which wasn't allowed , and I was getting arrested by the police.

while the police was arresting me I combat logged. Rule number (2.5)  states : 

[SIZE=medium]"Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).''[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]So according to rule number (2.5) it is forbidden to combat log while: being in a fight,being chased/arrested by the police,waiting for a medic when dead, logging out to save some gear,rage-quitting and while logging out while being restrained.[/SIZE]

According to the information which Yankee provided, I quit the game while I was being arrested which is very wrong because ,you simply have to follow the rules of the server if you join the server, and rule number (2.5) states that this is forbidden and frowned upon. 

I fully understand why I am banned because , the punishment of trespassing this rule results in a ban, as stated in rule (2.5).

I am very sorry for this incident and I am willing to act more mature on this server from now on.

I have learned that what I did was very wrong and unacceptable. Because the rules clearly say that combat logging is punnished with a ban, and I still did it which is a very bad thing to do.

Next time if I have to log off my game, I will make sure I am not in any special situation, such as :  during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained.

Now that I know what I did wrong I fully understand why I was banned , and now I have educated myself enough that I know what is allowed and what is not.

 
Given that you bumped your topic once and despite a telling off, you did it again.

This goes to show you dont really read the rules, or if you do you have a hard time remembering them.

What I am going to suggest is that if you are happy to accept, that we unban you but with the condition that any further rule breaks in the next 3 months, no matter how small, you will be banned and will be unable to appeal within 3 months from the ban. This will act as a probation period and will also demonstrate to us that you are capable of reading the rules.

Do you think this is fair?

This bump was purely a mistake, but I actually did read all of the rules and now I know what is right or wrong.

Since I have read all of the rules of this server and now know them well, and I am willing to act more maturely on this server from now on, I do find this fair.

 
In which case, you're now unbanned under the terms stated by James. You really cannot afford to be making any more mistakes, so I'd really strongly suggest going to read the rules before you make a return.
