I was getting robbed, i then spoke to a cop to make him help me, when i noticed that the rebels were gonna initiate on the cops i was gonna drive away, The police officer ran into the side of my car and the vdm script kicked in. here's the video:

Why should we unban you.
I did not VDM the officer at all, on my screen he did not even touch the HEMMT. Considering the fact that this is arma 3, and due to things like desync different things happen on different people's screens i am quite surprised there was no attempt to resolve this. If i accidentaly run someone over, i always get out and apologize within roleplay, however this was clearly a case of the vdm script kicking in when not needed. I also just spoke to SGT aTa, he also said that it was simply him running into the side of the truck (he was trying to spike me)

I don't resolve rule violations, everyone gets treated the same. If I see a violation, I issue the ban. I saw you make a turn and AtA was then in the VDM script animation, unfortunately I can't watch the video at work as its blocked by the firewall. From my perspective it appeared to be VDM. 

@Crumbleor another can review the video and determine if no VDM occured.

I was able to watch the video. On my screen poor AtA was standing still and got waffled. On your video he runs, so it was desync, but it appeared to be deliberate from my end. Hindsight is 20/20
