In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for logging off in an active situation where i was being robbed or hostage (can’t fully remember sorry). I totally agree with the admins decision and it was a silly and childish thing to do which i did out of anger and frustration, this ruined the RP experience for many others and i will not ever do this again!
Why should we unban you ?
I strongly believed that i should be unbanned as i am now older and wiser and have far more experience in the arma 3 role play community that i was lacking the first time i joined this server. I will never do this again as people have done it to me before and it strongly effects me ruining the RP experience and fun. Since the time of that banning i have roughly clocked up 500 hours on the game that i believe will be very helpful in the server and create more fun for everyone. Also i really liked the server when i was on it as things weren’t over priced, the community wasn’t toxic, and the police were enjoyable to encounter and it wasn’t an effort to make progress.

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).
This is rule is clearly in place to stop people doing what I did. Logging out during an active RP situation ruins the RP and is exploiting as you are doing it to save maybe your gear or money on you. It puts other players at a disadvantage, wastes their time and ruins their fun.
Why I’ve waited so long to re-appeal»
I am aware that I have appealed to be un-banned several times in the past and they have all been denied due to being timed out - this was no fault of the staff but of mine. My email on my account was innocent so i was not getting notified when a response had been submitted on my appeal. This is now fixed so i will not allow the appeal to get timed out; I’m sorry for all inconvenience caused in the past.
Also I have waited so long as I had exams in July and spent the summer away and didn’t play much of arma 3. Now that I’m getting back into the game I wish to be allowed back onto this server to enjoy the full roleplay experience that arma 3, and this server, can give.
How I will react next time round if put in a similar situation (How you can be sure i won't do this again)»
If I am put into a similar situation again I will proceed to comply with the other players much as I would in real life, or I would call for police or friends before captured. I will certainly never combat log again (or ever break any other rule) as people have combat logged on me before and it’s annoying, unfair and frustrating. I would want anyone to feel this way because of my actions. Also in the grand scheme of things anything lost from that situation I could have easily made back but I was immature and did not want to be robbed or killed.
