In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
This ban was because of someone using the same name as me. His behaviour seems inexcusable, and worthy for a banw. Unfortunately for me I used the same name as him, and got banned for it.

Why should we unban you.
You should unban me because I have done nothing wrong. While the crime done deserves punishment, punishing the wrong person is a miscarriage of justice, and weakens the rule of law. I feel that I can prevent this from happening again by choosing a less common name.
