I think I were banned because I did not talk

I should be unbaned because I actually warned the person before I killed him. however I wrote to him on ''notes' because my mic did not work. But I have fixed it now. But im so sorry for breaking the rule. I did not know. I have learned my lesson and I have read the rules and I hope you will understand.
