Why should we unban you ?
I should be unbanned because I didn't actually breake a rule. I wrote to the person I killed because my mic did not work. and he said ''If you dont give me your stuff I will kill you'' and then I wrote ''Not if I kill you first'' so it was a kill or get killed situation. And I chose to kill with a warning (the warning was to kill him first because he gave me 3 seconds and if I did't gave him my stuff he will shoot me. so I said that I not will die if I shot first. then I killed him in self defence)

You can't RP in typed messages, either in chat or on phone. If your mic doesn't work, log of. You NEED to have a working mic and be able to use it to be on the server. If you have to be quiet for any reason and you can't speak, log off. Simple as that.
