the server choice ban i don't know because i wasn't on at the time. i was banned for RDM i haven't played in 4 weeks and suddenly a guy adds me on steam says enjoy your ban and the UN friends me. i don't remember this guy i don't think Ive ever met him he didn't tell me y i got a ban. the truth is that i have no idea why i was banned i have not been given any explanation or proof.

Why should we unban you ?
I'm a big fan of role play and wouldn't actively go against the rules, if i did do this then i must have done it by accident or have been startled and just shot him. i don't remember ever killing this guy but if i did do it for no reason at all then im prepared to accept the consequences.

Please explain the RDM rule in your own words

 
RDM - random death match, the rule itself is to improve the experience for all players by making people have to initiate before they can shoot to kill.

i have watch the video and can now remember this, me and all my squad mates remember this and they all herd me say "get on the ground ect." there must have been something on his end because as i say i wouldn't go against rule deliberately. and ifg u look at the video closly right before i shot him i pointed my gun at him for a good couple of seconds, i must of had my mic muted, if not y would i just stand with my gun at him doing nothing.

i have played on this server for a long time and if you think i would just break a rule then I'm sorry but your not thinking. it was a mistake, admittedly a stupid mistake but i don't think a small mistake like that should end up with me having a ban. Ive said I'm sorry you've got your comp and this matter should of ended by now. im trying to be nice about this i was in the wrong, cant you get over this. and anyway if u watch the video carefully i had my gun pointed at you for a while at least 5 seconds, why would i intend to break a rule and not shoot you on sight, again if u watch the video i chose my time to do it carefully if i was going to out right kill you then i would have got out my truck and shot you on sight
