In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
So i was driving with my friends to the drug store, there came 2 guys to the drug store in another car aswell.
Whe wanted to rob them i was trying to get him to putt his hands and he said nothign after a couple of second i shot him he died but afterwards my friend told me i was talking in the group channel and not directly to him and then i got shot. And i didnt stay online for long because it was around 5 pm and then i was eating my dinner so i was going offline i feel sorry for him and it was not my intention to do that i totally understand why he reported me. Afterwards a talked in teamspeak he said he understanded it and he said redirected me to this so now im here and i feel sorry for that dude it was a misunderstanding.

Why should we unban you ?
Because it was a mistake and i think we can figure this out and i would like to appologize to him.

I swear i'm not lying my 3 friends heared were there im not lying i am honest with you i was talking in the wrong voice chat i already told im realy sorry i dont know what to do i said that i wanna talk to him and appologize why whould i lie about it if i rdm'ed that guy i would be telling that right now but i swear im not lying i bought arma 3 days and the only server i played on is this why would i lie about that My 3 friends can confirm that i was talking in that chat i don't know if its usefull but this is the only thing i've got to say more i can't do i think.

 
But you were just speaking in direct moment before you shoot him. How can you make sure you don't speak in the wrong channel?

I swear it man i know it sounds weird but yeah my friends where there they can confirm it i understand if you dont believe it then when my friends are confirming that but i really like this server and this is the first thing i did wrong and it was a exident i swear i talked in my group channel to my friends why would i risk lying if i like this server so much i bought arma 3 a week ago and the only server i played on is this one could you please unban me sir I'm speaking the truth :(
