I was very new to the server and didnt understand the rules properly. I was wayyy too quick to shoot and should have done more RP.

Why should we unban you.
I had never tried to rob or take someone as a hostage before and this went badly wrong. I panic'd and shot but I realise I broke the rules but wont do it again, Sorry! I know now to take way more time to learn how to do it properly. I'd like a second chance please!

The RP was a disgrace. I quote "This is a robbery" Then you instantly shot... You then started to laugh about it!

Why did you panic, nothing was going on at the time of the RDM. 

Explain..

 
I wasn´t laughing! I turned to the guy who was next to his car and told him to get on the ground. But he got shot then. I wasn´t happy about how the RP went from my side and desided to just wait and get arrested. A couple of seconds after that i heard the police. But the Cops past and kinda left us. We still waited for more to come then. But instead of getting caught i instantly got kicked and banned. As i said already: my RP was pretty bad and i would like to improve that. Also i didnt wanted the guy next to the car to get killed. I wanted more to have him as a hostage and get into some "crazy unemploeyd guy" role. But had no chance sorry

 
How could you improve in that situation?

Improve that situation, That could be done by taking my time. Communication is key. If we had all slowed down and talked more than it could have gone a lot smoother and hopefully nobody would have died. My first 'robbery' went bad and I (and my friends) learned a lot.
