Someone Couldn't kill me So they reported me exploiting
A Cop doesent know arma physics of bullets hitting water and refracting and taking into account that the water slows down bullets because he couldn't hit me beacuse of the range being 1km and he [Page UP] to 1click starts shooting
other than that i was kneeling in water in which u still have to take breathes of air then after u breath u submerge again u cannot shoot from underneath water its same as ur on land nothing different than the water refracts the shots around u if u shoot properly it kills u still

OK Finchyy, you will be unbanned with immediate effect, however, I strongly suggest you hold off the celebrations and keep reading.

This ban has thrown up divided opinion, with very good arguments from both sides. I've been in game and tested the in's and out's, different scenarios etc, and if I'm honest I really do not like what I see. Based on the results I got I will firmly be pushing for some limitation on this, as I do consider it exploiting.

However, as this is a new problem that has never made it to our attention before, you have had no clear (or official) ruling on this. This will be happening soon. Due to a number of factors I will give you the benefit of the doubt and issue an unban. As I said, this 'exploit' will be discussed and an official ruling made very soon, but until that ruling is made I strongly suggest you do not do the same thing again (that goes for everyone reading this too).

Now, as I said the celebrations should remain on hold. I hate to say it Finchyy but you are very much on our radar recently. Certain names have popped up quite a lot, and when these individuals continue to take up resources in game, on the forums, or on ts, then cause hassle for staff - internal discussions are had. In your case I think a lot of problems come from how you react to situations. Last night for example you made a stupid mistake by changing your name on teamspeak. This defiant behaviour also leaked into our conversation; I do not enjoy people having a go at me, and I do not expect references like that to be made in names - in the staff channels of all places. Yes I'm sure you were pissed off at being 'banned for no reason', however you must remember it states in the rules this is an adult community, and we expect members so behave as such, even when faced with adverse circumstances.

Looking at your tags I see you're an Investor, in BA, a Lifetime Donator, and a Medic. Yet sometimes you can act like the average indignant hobo. I know you are capable of much more, and if I'm honest you will have to change your behaviour if you want to remain welcome here.

So, as I said at the start, you will be unbanned. But take this as a warning - be more mindful of what you are doing in the community you call home. As an investor this community should feel like it is more yours than mine. So please respect it, and its rules, players, and staff. Failure to do so will almost certainly lead to further action. I'd like to think I gave you the respect you deserve when we spoke, and you should do the same in your conflicts going forward.

OK. Unban revoked. After only 6 minutes of being unbanned... I'm disappointed. But I guess not surprised these days.
