i was banned because i jumped in to an nhs car and tried to drive away

Why should we unban you.
i enjoy playing on this server i no i done wrong i'm new till arma and i just jumped straight in to it without fully reading the rules. i have had a few days to read and fully understand all the rules. if i get unbanned this sort of thing wont happen again.

Not aloud to kill or take a medic hostage. Also can't steal vehicle or helicopter

You can receive treatment  from medic's you cannot kill or take one hostage you also cannot steal any of there vehicles. I did read all the rules I totally understand  all them and if unbanned I will make sure nothing silly like this happens again. I really enjoy playing on this server and I'd  be very grateful  if I got a second  chance.
