In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I drove over a police car with my truck so all the police officers died.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I was new to the server and didn't know all the rules, but I have read all the rules now.
And fully understands what I can and cannot do.
I tried to say to the police officer later that night that I was sorry but he was AFK.
And i couldn't come to TS and talk with them when it happened, because I had to go.

Using "I was new to the server" as an excuse to break a rule is a poor excuse, why didn't you read the rules before playing on the server?

Quote the rule you broke and explain it in your own words. 

 
I didn't read the rules because I got most of them told by my friends.

I broke thw VDM (Vehicle deathmatch) rule.

because i drover over a police car with my truck.

and I'm sorry that I did it!

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

It's not allowed to kill someone with your vehicle, or use it as a weapon.

So your "friends" told you the rules however they missed one of the important and most common rules? 

 
Saying it won't happen again and that you have learned from it is a good thing however we must be completely convinced that you won't do it again.
So if you were to be unbanned what would you do before you start playing and what would you do if you were playing.

 
If i got unbanned I would read all the rules one more time just to make sure that i understand all of them 100%. And if I were playing I would play with my friends and try to make good roleplay.

 
Not only that, but you should contact staff with any questions if there are any you dont know 100%. This would prevent situations like this happening in the future.

Follow all of the rules moving forward.
