I was on teamspeak talking about an incident that happened in game and I became over aggressive to the guys and admin that were involved.

Why should we unban you.
I understand that there was no need for the aggression and I now understand that I was in the wrong. I have learned from my mistakes so I can assure this will not happen again.

I remember in game someone was trying to rob me and my friends as we were doing an iron mine convoy. I then carried on driving until they tried to overtake me in which I then rammed them off the road. I was then ask to go onto TS for VDM in which I then refused to comp them as i did not feel it was fair. I then became aggressive to them and was then banned from TS. I have now looked over the rules and understand I was totally in the wrong. Learning from my mistakes over the last few months I can now assure childish behavior like this will not happen again.

the only one that i can remember about banning someone on TS for refusing to comp was someone that made every excuse under the sun to not come on to the TS and when you did you then refused to accept anything that anyone said to you and repeatedly interrupted the people when telling their side to the story,repeatedly asked for the rule that you allegedly broke and when it was read to you, you refused to accept that aswell

they then got extremely aggresive to the people that simply wanted the comp  "well you can fuck off, you don't know my in game anyway then disconnected from the TS and i then banned them for the aggressive and abusive behaviour  and then out of my own pocket i comped the guys 

Edit- I dont have access to the old mentor folders any more but i am sure that it was a jimmy i banned for this, if someone still has access they may want to search for it if needed

I'm sorry i can't remember me saying "well you can fuck off, you don't know my in game anyway" you must have me mixed with someone else. They knew my name as they called me onto teamspeak. As I entered I asked who's story do you want to hear first, in which they all replied that they had spoken about it already, so couldn't have been interrupting them. The reason i was banned was because I became too aggressive to the guys in which they were asking for comp and I told them I would, if I could afford it. They then replied saying that they don't care. That's when I became angry and would not let them speak and was then banned for aggressive behavior.

Is there no way to check back to prove that this was not me you are talking about? I'd like to prove innocent to my accusation if thats okay. 

Edit - My name would have not been jimmy on teamspeak it would have been DzRxViiPeRS as it was my steam name at the time. However I was under the name Witness Jimmy in-game which is where you may be confused.

At the time, no I was not. But I have been over the rules multiple times since writing this appeal, and I'm fully aware of the rules now.
