In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was on NIU patrol going towards the weed field to see if anyone was there, myself and Kieron spotted two HMTT box's and two Hatchback Sports, a green one and a blue one. Kieron went to talk to them and I was sitting on the hill, Kieron began taking fire and I shot back towards them, then I see the sports hatchback mount up and head in my direction as I'm taking shots, so I begin to run back towards Athira as fast as I can. First the blue hatchback sport stops infront of me and jumps out, I kill them and start running again towards Athira, at this time another hatchback sports drives up to me and begins to chase me, this hatchback is green, exactly the same as the hatchback I spotted at the weed field, belonging to the civilians shooting at me, I get to cover and look for a position. They begin to circle me and stop, so valuing my life, believing they are the rebels that were shooting at me, I open fire and kill them. It is important to note that they were wearing rebel gear, and were driving in a hatchback sport the same color as the one at the weed field, apparently these were not the same guys chasing me, but it was instead Brat of the shapeshifters, I had no idea it was him, I was just valuing my life and trying to survive, what I did I thought was my only option in an active gunfight. Brat banned me on the spot, but didn't talk to me even though I could have compensated, and we proceeded to enter the Police Liason room and discuss.

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Well I was in a fire fight with a different group, and I was running away for my life, as I said the green hatchback showed up (same colour as the one taking shots at me from the weed field) and that is why I shot them, trying to value my life. It would have been nice if Brat had spoken to me first and not banned me as soon as he did. Afterwords we had a chat in the police liason room and I understand where he is coming from, that he had nothing to do with the situation, but that is not something I can know, I couldn't know he was not TI. Afterwords I noticed Steph in the shapeshifters channel in TS, talking to Brat privately, and I would like to kindly request that Steph does not handle this dispute a ban.
This was a mistake and I'm sorry for my actions, however I do wish I could have been spoken to before being issued a ban, as I would have had no problems compensating Brat.
