RDM I was banned for shooting a car to fast at the aluminium prosesser , Meta game i key-chained the guy in the gillie to find out his name whilst robbing him, NLR I were giving out A LOT of tactical information through discord whilst I was downed which breaks, I said to the person in voice said you are probably going to get deported and I said we should rob [IB] Rich which I didn't look at his stats page I have been in IB and I know how much money he had.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because I have read the rules again and I know that I did break 5 rules in 1 situation but I wasn't trying to break rules I did just mess up and if I do get unbanned I will make sure to not break any rules in a situation.

Could you please quote and explain all the rules that you have broken. Which are quite a lot and why won't you break any of these anymore in the future.

 
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

(4.2) Name Tags - You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags or keychains. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.) (Punishment is a kick/ban)

(4.5) Using the stats.Roleplay.co.uk stats page to gain information about players or gangs and then use that information ingame is considered metagaming. (Punishment is a ban)

[SIZE=medium]You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 15 minutes.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.[/SIZE]

While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. The exception to this is information spoken in direct chat in game. Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

If I do get unbanned I will try my hardest to not break any of these rules in the future, I have read the rules over again

how can we be sure that you will follow our in-game rules, if you fail to follow our simple dispute a ban rules? 

 
@Mattch You can trust me to follow the in-game rules because i have read the rules again and if i do get unbanned i will try my very hardest to do my best RolePlay possible.

 
My concern is you were warned twice before this for similar issues before ultimately being banned.

After being warned twice, one of which was a final warning, did you continue in the same manner ultimately ending up being banned?  

 
I had a scroll back through your chat logs, in every single one of your last 10 play sessions, you are demanding people come to team speak to resolve some gunfight related issue. Lots of drama in there.

"I won't do it again"

Seems to be a common thing from you.  Looking at the multiple rules you broke and your total disregard from them, as well as the fact you had already been given multiple warnings for the same thing, plus the fact you managed to break rules in your appeal, you're simply far too much of a liability to be let loose on our RP servers. 

Appeal Denied. You may appeal again in 6 months time.
