In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Was arrested and then I logged off the server while in back of police car.

Why should we unban you.
The cops tried to pull me over, so I parked up and ran into a building.
Once inside and upstairs, I said don't come in or I will shoot, I was hoping for some RP maybe a little negotiation. But after a few seconds, a police officer (I think his name was pc sam?) did a Ranbow ran up the stairs of the building and shot me instantly.

It was at this point that I complained that that wasn't in the spirit of role playing, and a cop in real life would not Rambo run up the stairs of a building, that inside a man apparently has a gun.

He literally said nothing to me, and so, frustrated, I logged off.

I know I should not of done this, and if you see I have been playing on this server for a long time now without incident.

I promise not to combat log again.

Have you read the rules at all? Could you give me a summary of what rules you broke in that video?

But I have definitely read the rules.

I can list the rules that I broke.  (please list any I missed)

Logging/Combat logging

I know its no excuse, but I'd had a bad day, and really felt the situation was unfair at that moment, so I rage quite, rather than waiting for my jail time.
I wouldn't normally do this so I apologise once again.

Broke RP

I started complaining in game chat rather than taking it up on TS, once again this was a one off and I apologise.

It be great if you unban me, and I can continue to play on the server, I have sunk a lot of hours into it so far and would like to continue doing so.
But I will understand if you wish to maintain my ban and I will try and find another server.

Combat logging is ban without appeal here, Have you spoke to PC Sam Jones regarding this yet?

 
I understand it would normally be a ban without appeal, but though I would ask anyway.

Watching the video I understand I reacted like a little bitch, but at the same time, I still feel he ran in prematurely.  (I've had a few circumstances where the police said I have opened fire to soon, and I have to give them time to comply or for RP to be initiated.  But on the flip side, when the cops run in and gun you down instantly, its always perfectly fine).
Even so I know non of this is excuse enough to brake the rules.

If speaking to PC Sam Jones would help I'm happy to do so.

Like I said before, normally I would of just brushed it off and done the jail time (it is a game after all) I just happened to react poorly this time, so a second chance would be amazing.

Hello @Crumble I can confirm this guy has asked if he can apologize to me via forum PM. I am unable to get onto TS right now but i am happy to accept his apology when i get time to get on. Im satisfied with the promise of an apology.
