In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned because i shot at a police helicopter in the conflict zone that did a very risky manoeuvre that ended in my friend death. The policemans helicopter hit my friend in my helicopter that made my helicopter spin out and hit the ground and explode. I started shooting at the helicopter because I saw it as a threat to my helicopter that was trying to take of and escape from the situation so we wouldn't lose the value of the cargo in the helicopter. We had about 2.5milion un-cleaned or un-laundered money in the helicopter. So when I saw the policeman's helicopter hurdling towards my friend's helicopter with all the money in it. And then it happened the policeman destroyed the helicopter and I saw it come crashing towards the ground. And that's when I started shooting at the police helicopter. I see the helicopters VDM as an initiation for me and my friend to start shooting at it. Nobody of the police force was killed, only members of my gang were killed in the situation. I and my friend got perm banned but the police that VDM'ed us only got a warning.

Why should we unban you ?
In my opinion, it was a very unfair ban. That I and my friend got banned for RDM when a police helicopter that VDM'ed us and we started shooting at us. The policeman got away only with a warning which I think is very unfair meanwhile my friend got PERMBANNED. And I think it's a very harsh ban for a first ban, I have been behaving well on this server since I started playing on the server. And I, if im unbanned so, will I keep on role-playing as I did before and I will think with an extra caution when I start shooting at people to avoid mistakes like this incident.

I do maybe not have every right to shoot at the helicopter. But do you think that I will let a helicopter that just VDM'ed my helicopter just fly away with no consequences? The helicopter broke a rule as well right? So why am I the person to take all the blame on?

 
if everyone break a rule because someone else break a rule, Then  we better open aa free for all server instead of a roleplaying server.
Also i want to point this is your appeal, not the the police officer his appeal. You are responsible for what you did. 

Now quote me the rule you broke and explain why we have this rule in place? 

 
The server has an RDM rule to prevent Random Death Matches between players (not engaging the other player). And that you should at least try to make an interesting roleplay story before considering to shoot. And I think that I followed the rule. 

The officer VDM'ed my helicopter so I started shooting at him. And please explain how the situation should have gone from my part if the police officer is not important.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban). 

 
so next time if you get in the same situation, What would you do different? 

 
If I'll get in a similar or the same situation as the situation the occurred so will I think about this punishment that I received. And consider my decisions again so I won't get in the same sticky situation as I am in now. And I will try to make the roleplay story more interesting and more of a quality roleplay. And my roleplay will be even better now when I have given a good look through the rules so I'm more secure of decisions that i will make.

I would not shoot at the helicopter because I haven't initiated on the helicopter but to try to make a more interesting and more of a quality roleplay scenario. But to take up the topic of the VDM in the forum and not to take out my anger on the helicopter. And my thought process for that decision is the past with the punishment that received for shooting at the helicopter the last time I got in the scenario.  

 
Alright i got all my qeustions answered, I can see you learned from this situation. 
So i am gonna give you a other chance on the server.
