breaking RP and threatening to report

I got banned for i stopped roleplaying and threating to report a guy when i got rdm........
"(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members."
Is the rule i broke.
And as i sayed in the previous appeal. The rule is there to make ppl not stop rp. And keep the rp going even trougth rule breaking by other players etc. so u do not break the rp for other players.
And what i sayed in last to the: to Deleter
"please find the rule you broke and quote it to us, then explain the rule in your own words and then explain why we have that rule in place
Also why as it taken this long to make a unban appeal. You state you through you only were banned few days " Sayed by deleter.
I quote the rule. And i forgot the other to so i sayed later in the appeal : "the rule is there for to make people not stop roleplay Ingame. And incase u May misunderstand the scene and dont gone break the roleplay for other ppl. ".
For the Rule in my own word : "he rule is there for to make people not stop roleplay Ingame."
For the the reason is for the rule on the server is:incase u May misunderstand the scene and dont gone break the roleplay for other ppl. "
And the threating to report is for making ppl not stop rp and just say that and instead take it to the admin to decide. And keep ppl from not breaking rule in any circumstances.
Why should we unban you ?
I dont see any reason for get perm for breaking rp / threating to report once. I see it stupid i did it. But it give no sense not to give me an other chance.
I really thougth i was only banned by u came back 1 year later to still be banned on this server. (reason for the late appeal is i stop playing arma 3. recently i start playing again and i want to start playing on this server again. And as DELETER sayed "Also why as it taken this long to make a unban appeal. You state you through you only were banned few days". I do not see what it's got to do with a case.
