In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
After getting shot in the head by a player without a role (RDM) I was frustrated, I immediately typed in that I recorded all and was going to forums hoping he could try to come to teamspeak, I was kicked from the server right after typing that in.

Why should we unban you ?
In all honesty I understand how it disturbs the whole server and I should have sent a private message to the RDMer and I should have went through the rules as a whole before instead of reading the roleplay part but my intention was to get the RDMer on teamspeak not disturbing the whole sorry and I sincerely apologise for the disturbance I have caused on the side chat.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

Well I would basicaly continue doing my daily Aluminium runs and I would definetely NOT tell the guy I am going to report him if he doesn't come to teamspeak on side chat instead of private message if I get RDM'd again by a new player.
