In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: A misunderstanding, I was banned due to an NLR breach - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eu7oUzuzeS8&feature=youtu.be In the video you can see that I respawned 13 minutes after dying. What the video doesn't show is that a helicopter rammed a truck with myself and my gang member scarecrow inside. After a lenghty discussion with neo, he explained to me that the member who reported me linked the video to steph and a ban was actioned on me with what I would describe as questionable evidence, without giving me a chance to defend myself on the report a player section.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I believe that the situation I died in was a case of VDM and therefore NLR was no applicable. I was not recording at the time, However I have several people who were present at the time who can clarify that I did not die in RP, and indeed the helicopter the person was flying rammed my truck causing both the helicopter, and myself in the truck to explode. if you look at the video provided you will see two explosions. and you can see that I die in the second explosion which is my truck.

sorry, just woke up and saw this.... just one question... in your post you've stated you were VDM'd by a chopper... how is it the pilot didn't die unless it was Scarecrow?

I have absolutely and utterly no idea, Bugs happen all the time. I can show you video's of my car flipping 10 times and I'm still perfectly fine at the end of it. There's no question about the VDM, you can clearly see 2 distinctive explosions in which I die in the second. Trucks don't explode on their own.

Would I also be able to request a neutral admin to look at this unban appeal, I'm not trying to offend you neo, but you've already told me that you instigated the ban, you don't believe I was VDM'd and that you're playing the devils advocate against me. This isn't a guilty until proven innocent community.

Unban appeal accepted.

This is based on the fact i talked with several people and check several facts, the ban shouldn't had come from Teamspeak, but a normal report a player.

This will count towards you ban sheet, therfor in case you get banned again it will be a perm ban.
