Starting from beginning, guy named Kingyyy RDM-ed me, I tried using chat in game to contact him,
he ignores,I asked him multiple times to come teamspeak again nothing, I tried on mobile phone in
game and again he ignores , I see him running pass me in game next moment I got ban for threathing for report and he is still running in the wild like nothing happened.
Why should we unban you ?
Ok i understand that I did a mistake , I deserve a ban for 1 hour , 1 day or something similar like that , not permanent.
I saw rules saying its permanent ban, but circumstances in this case are different.
In my defense , he is allowed to run around shooting people , ignoring me , when i try to avoid unnecessary work for
you guys by contacting him i get banned. I finally decided to report him and I inform him of that, 3 seconds later BUM
I get ban. Nice job on fast banning when somebody breaks a rule. But I think I dont deserve a ban only because i tried to
contact a guy who broke like 3 rules for perma ban in like 5 minutes. He died, instantly respawn and comes back to same spot
in 1 min (i guess no NLR for him),he RDM me and he broke out of roleplay while threating to my friend who was near garage long time before me.
So people are allowed to do whatever they want but I cant say anything.
So i gave him an option to try to work it out with me on ts or in game or in forum.(no sound from him).
First fails and decide I will report it on forum so admins do their job.
I was reasonable and gave him last chance to try to talk me before I forward the record of gameplay to admins.
My mistake for trying to make you do less job, by telling him if he fails to contact me i will just report.
By the way i never said this words "i will report you" i said "yep im gonna take this to forum"
Ok i broke a rule i will take a 1 hour ban, 1 day ..., but to get a perma ban after he failed to do anything and me trying
to work this out as humanly possible i just think i got unfair punishment. And yesterday it finally passed 1 week of cooldown for me try my chances on second
interview to join police force.
Server rules say : 2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server
with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them
in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed.
Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on
teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.
It says to not use VOICE. I never used voice except with my friend and I tried every solution of contacting him like its said under this rule.
I have entire gameplay recorded and me trying to contact him. By the way server rule right now means you are not allowed to these things on voice.So either its grammar

Thanks in advance for taking your time to read this really big thread.Hopefully we will be able to laugh on this someday in game.Recorded gameplay is extremely good evidence if this thread isnt enough.In video i even have proof that player named Kingyyy made his forum profile approx. 1 hour after the incident on server, so i was unable to contact him on forum when it happened.Honestly i think i was only a too aggressive as you will see in video, i deserve a warning or ban for few hours(something similar to that) not permanent one. Either way I am extremely sorry for my behaviour and i promise it will never ever happen again. I will never again brake server rule.
