In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Rule (2.5) while dead awaiting a medic, I believe I was banned as I was in a gun fight with the police and when I had died I re-spawned and then logged off, I did not ALT F4 or to my knowledge combat log. Easy way to provide evidence for this is to check my character in-game for gear in which I would come on as Hobo. the reason I did this as I was kind of in a hurry and needed to leave because of family reasons and I didn't inform any officers. There was no medics online and my other gang members who waited online on the server were not revived by the police. I left because I needed to go.

Why should we unban you ?
Because this wasn't intentional and by no means was I trying to Combat Log I should of just informed them before I left.

I got reports of him combatlogging, don't remember from who. I checked chat and indeed saw that he logged out really quick after his death.

Well like I say I wasn't recording at the time but evidence to prove I wasn't combat logging to save gear would be that when you check my character on the server I will have no gear at all. I waited for the re spawn timer and then re spawned and logged off, it didn't take very long and I was extremely confused as to why I was banned. At the time there were no medics online and none of my gang that were able to stay around were revived by police.

It seems the server must of been very quiet at this time for these things to appear at the same time. I can only give my honest word.
