In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think I was banned because I spawned within 1000m from where I died.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because this is my favourite server on ArmA, I play on it every day and I didn't intentionally go out to break the rules. I spend most of my time on the server in Athira so I usually spawn in Kavala, get my car and head back up there, so when I died in Kavala it was force of habit to respawn in Kavala, then before I knew it I was banned. I attempted to resolve this in TS with the admin but I was told "It all has to be on paper".

I spawned when the medics were 100m away because every time I die in regular "hobo" clothing and with nothing valuable on me I figure it's just easier to respawn rather than waste the medics time.

And yes NLR is if you die you lose all memory of past life e.g if someone killed you, you couldn't respawn, hunt them down and kill them because according to NLR you wouldn't know who they were.

I will unban you. however keep in mind if the medics is really close to you there is no need to respawn. as you could had a good roleplay scenario with the medics.

the fact that you didn't had anything valuable doesn't change the fact that this is a roleplay server. and roleplay is the first piority here. the reason you should wait for medic is not to "save your gear" but to roleplay with them.
