I gave you a warning point multiple days ago and instructed you to change your forum name. Why did you not?

I forgot about it due to other things happening.. But you clearly are logging into your forum account, yet you do not heed my warning and follow instructions?

Why should we spend time on your appeal, explaining you why you got banned if you do not give us the time to simply change your name?

I also approached you on teamspeak to ask you to discuss the reason behind the ban, as I was planning to talk to you instead of banning you. But you ignored my message and logged off teamspeak again. You seem to be making no effort what so ever into following staff instructions, yet you have the audacity to ask us to spend time on your appeal and unban you?
