In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was doing a meth run, Had a Hemmit box loaded with meth. I was about 2 minutes drive from the processor and I checked my map I could see a police vehicle at the processor. I continued driving towards Agios and eventually heard sirens, I was pretty far away from the lab at this stage and hadn't seen them following me so I dont think they could even have had reason to search my vehicle but It was dark and I was using night visions, I heard the sirens way off and when the pulled up behind me it was a police offroad with 2 in the back of it standing up with guns, In my nightvisions I thought it was rebels had stolen a police car so I kept going, Then they came up a bit closer and I could see the uniforms but I had already tried to evade so they were probably going to search my truck now. I had no choice but to keep going for agios and wait on a friend to play distraction. The chase ensued for 2-3 mins and I generally drive in 1st person view because it's quieter and more realistic it was also so dark that 3rd person was of no advantage. As we came to a corner they were on my inside and we and the side of my truck clipped the front of their offroad, of course them being the smaller vehicle flipped over and died. I kept driving towards agios but I was fairly sure I was fucked at this stage because 6 or 7 high ranking officers had died in the chase, Somehow just before coming into Agios there was an officer with no car, and no gun just shouting "stop, just stop," and sounded pretty pissed off not panicky/Angry as you'd expect a cop usually. Of course I continued driving because he had no car, no gun and no support no point stopping for him. As I came through Agios there was a pretty large police presence but most of the blocks were after the town and I was turning left before them and somehow when I turned left the guy who I had met with no had passed me out on foot and was waiting for me???? I was confused af (obviously couldn't say anything to him firstly metagame, secondly didnt really have time) But he had no gun and as I drove by him just vaporised me or something. The server chat said I died not that I was shot or anything so I assumed I was killed by admin or something because I didnt crash or hit anything and was at 100HP which seems very unfair to me, so in the heat of the moment I just left the game, I had NOTHING on my person worth saving keep in mind so it wasn't actually of any benefit to me I had 50Meth in my hemmit and less than £1000 on me I was just extremely annoyed at the matter because I do think it was unfair of him to use some sort of external power in the situation. As was revelead when they died in the crash most of the cops were high ranking officers and I honestly dont think the result would have been the same had they not been although that's beside the point.
Why should we unban you ?
I realise it was a stupid idea to combat log and in the interested of keeping RP and the server enjoyable for all it really does ruin gameplay. It's not something that I really do but I was pretty annoyed as I felt I had been hard done by to be just killed out of nowhere by nothing after that.
As for the VDM it was an accident. The roads are plenty wide for 2 vehicles to pass and it is flat either side of the road so you can easily pass without colliding. It does take 2 to have an accident but I don't know what advantage it was to them to drive so close to me as my hemmit only does 80K. Soon after the crash One of the officers just stood in the middle of the road against my on-coming 35 Tonne hemmit that was clearly involved in a chase which in my opinon wasn't exactly role play which shouldn't have but led to the combat log that followed which was stupid of me to do. It seems they were more interested in dealing with the VDM than keeping up RP but in my opinon they could have avoided the collision as easily as I could.
All of that aside, both actions were not within the rules and ruined the expirience for all of us involved. It's not something I've done before and not something I plan on doing again so hopefully I can get a second chance at it.
