I was banned for shooting a guy who was robbing my friends while running towards me.

Why should we unban you ?
I dont understand why this was even a big issue if my friend is being held up and they have a gun and I do to I'm going to shoot. In the clip
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBY6cnOihpY you can clearly see him hold up my friend, from behind the counter I give him fair warning until his friend tries rushing me from the side.
If you even listen to the gun shots he shoots me at the same time I shoot him. If I didn't shoot I would have been shot anyways by his friend.

I was provoked when he ran at me I wouldn't have shot if he didn't aim and run at me.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

RDM'ing in my own words is killing someone without any initiation or any rhyme or reason. Unrealistic situations and random murder.
