Thought the victim was pulling out a gun, it was an animation glitch (according to friends), hope that helps.

I have only spent a short time on the server, starting out as a simple miner. i wish to rejoin and work to earn my money in Altis Life, in the short time I have played I have had a great time finding my way around the different locations and mining.

We weren't randomly shooting at vehicles, we had been attacked 3 times while buying weapons at the gun store and it kept happening, we attempted to hold up 2 cars, they didn't comply so we opened fire, we were also very vocal about it. As far as I was aware, I did speak, me and my friend both asked you to get down and I saw you pull out a gun, it may not have been intentional but what I would assume to be a visual glitch or animation issue, so I opened fire, I didn't think he was complying


Edit: I would also like to apologise for the late reply as I have been at work :)

Okay. So in the future, will you be this triggerhappy? Arma has alot of weird animations that looks like a gun is being pulled out. Will you kill people for this in the future?

Absolutely not, I made a mistake, sorry for being triggerhappy, I think you must know what it's like in those situations, having a gun pulled on you (or thinking you have) :)
