Robbing a gas station and tell the police get out or we shoot, soon as they got out the car instantly kills them.

I shot a policeman too soon after telling him to get out of the area.

Why should we unban you ?
I wasn't the one who open fire, just the one who fired the bullet who killed the policeman. It is my first time being in a open fire with the police and my roleplay in those situation is not quite up there if you know what I mean. I understand our actions weren't quality roleplaying and i'm sorry for it, but we're not experimented players and the only way to learn something sometimes is by making some mistakes. It was just a misunderstanding from ourselves and I am sorry.

I am perfectly aware of that, the thing is i'm not experimented in Roleplaying in general. I don't think banning unexperimented player is the answer to this, you're not allowing me to ameliorate my roleplaying skill. I love this server. I played in some of the others and this one is by far the best. But banning a guy who never played roleplay games ever because he messed up something on his first robbery roleplay ? I think that if you guys were really a serious roleplay community you wouldn't ban newbies the first time and you would teach them at least what they did wrong. If you're asking for perfection at the first time, then nobody is gonna make it. It was a minor issue, something that wasn't related to any bad intention, only unexperimentation.

Banning someone is only going to force you to read the server rules again, to see where you have went wrong and how you could improve.

I broke rule  (7.1.3) because I didn't perform good roleplay with the policemen by shooting at them without letting them engage roleplay.
