In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
7.1.3 - Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together. 
If I am honest about it, KH couldn't accept that his low quality role play in which he killed one of my friends, without reason, wasn't acceptable.

To my understanding this would mean all killing of other players must be justified with reasonable roleplay.

Prior to me killing KH, himself and another player (unknown name) successfully robbed me and 3 other friends right after doing a diamond run (adam, Kane and N4LLE) one of which was executed for not understanding his demands (less than 5~ hours in game) I was trying to calm to situation by telling the other player (N4LLE) that he shouldn't get angry and should just listen to what KH had to say. At this point KH shot N4LLE in the head without warning and then the police turned up about 30 seconds after. After about 5 minutes of them talking to the police KH and his other friend got into their car and drove off... After driving off they came back to where they had robbed us and crashed their vehicle which downed them both...

Knowing both of them were involved in the robbery which had JUST happened, I saw it fit to continue the roleplay and execute them both for what they had just done to my and my friends. As I noticed he didn't include the robbing of us, the police speaking to them or any of the prior events which had led to their deaths...

I attempted to resolve the situation by offering all I had at the time, after they had just robbed me of my gun and about £20k. He demanded £200,000 from me which I did not have and I offered him all I did have at the time (around £2,700). He was very rude about asking me for the money and after this I then went into their TeamSpeak channel to talk to them and explain what I had done was still in character for what had happened with the robbery.

Why should we unban you ?

I have read through the rules and understand what I have done, but I think it is being taken out of context. I was still in character after he had robbed us all and when we spoke to the police about it all and when he had crashed I saw it as the perfect opportunity to take revenge.

I also enjoy playing on the server with my friends, all we do is try to make money in honest ways

I watched from 5 minutes till 10 minutes of the example of the other players roleplay where he robs you and in all honesty I didn't see anything wrong. If anything, he was quite a lenient rebel when robbing you as he gave quite a lot chances per demand however you/your friends only focused on "the cops are coming" really, which isn't that great in itself.. So that doesn't help your argument at all.

WIth regards to your appeal, which is what we are dealing with, do you fully understand why/how what you did was wrong? What would you do differently should the situation present itself again if you were to be unbanned?

I'm not going to argue about their level or roleplay because to me they took the "hands up or we shoot" approach.

Yes I fully understand what I had done and why it is wrong. In the future I will not execute people in similar circumstances, rather play it a little different and maybe try to compromise with them if they want reasonable compensation.

Regardless of compensation, that only comes in to the equation if you had already broken a rule/performed sub-standard rolepaly quality..

Under the same situation you could still execute the players, however we would very muchly expect a much higher quality before doing so; giving them commands to perform before pulling the trigger (with the chance of shrugging it off and leaving them to bleed out etc, as a form of punishment).

I think you have the potential to perform to much higher standards, therefore I will be issuing an unban.
