In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
There was a large pile up in kavala square and i ran over a group of people.

Why should we unban you ?
I realize the predicament that i caused by running over these people causing further problems for the admin at the scene, i should of just reversed down the road instead of driving through to escape causing the fps lag which eventually led to me running over a group of people, i also apologize for saying "oi" in chat it was an honest typo i was meant to say oi oi which is still fairly rude but being from the construction industry I've grown accustomed to be around not the politest people and clearly its rubbed off on me, as for the side channel spam i was honestly not aware that it did that when i tried to connect and therefore i am sorry, also with regards to the first offence last year i remember that was the first time i played the game and my friend told me to join and i was not aware that it was a role play server or for that matter that such things existed obviously after gaining experience on servers a situation like this wont happen again.

Usually when people try to log in and get the very clear message that they have been banned for a specific reason, they understand, however you appear to have spammed the log in multiple times. Why?

Also, are you trying to say your VDM was the result of a lag spike? That's not what I'm reading from the staff report.

This is your chance to be honest and not try to pull the wool over our eyes. It never works.

In regards to the spam of the side chat,  I didn't know that it would show up in the chat creating an annoyance so I apologise for that, and when it said kicked from the game I thought it was a kick where you could rejoin shortly after and not an actual ban,  (this is just me being a dozy sod and not realising it meant ban) as for the actual Vdm it's self I turned into the car park then decided to leave because I wanted to get away from the pile up, as I drove away out of the car park there was a car rubber banding (for me anyway) and my camera went through this car giving me FPS lag so I stopped reversed to get away from the car then drove forward again,  I belive this is where I ran over the people, I realise that I shouldn't of drove through the crash causing these problems and shoukd if just stayed still and found another route so I apologise for that but Im being totally honest when I say that this was not intentional and any other times he has witnessed me VDM I completely apologise for and will do my best to stop it happening again,

I'm not buying the ignorance plea. I could understand if you attempted to log on then tried a few times that day, but the records show you doing this over several days. The message usually sinks in after the 1st few attempts with most people.

However, we'll move on from that.

2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

This rule exists because VDM can be used to exploit the game should it be in a combat situation to knock someone over and then subsequently kill them, also it ruins RP in packed areas such as green zones and for these reasons it is a fundamental rule for most RP servers, and if i was to be unbanned i can bring good and regular role play to the servers. and will do my upmost to play the game within the rules.

As you've found out to your cost, this is a community based on strict rules. Disregarding them has consequences, and once banned, that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned.
