I ended up with a large amount of money after my play session ended.

Why should we unban you ?
As I was in a group of 3 arms traders where we made a large amount of money from selling. The two other that I play with (who are brothers and play together much more frequently than me) sent in an unban request detailing our predicament and they were unbanned. As i finally have time to play again, im putting mine in too. The people in the group were "Captain Morgan" and "M'aiq the Liar".

I also opened another appeal request but i didnt recieve any email notifications for a response, so when i checked back a while later my resquest had timed out. the link to that whole debackle is: https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/60173-un-ban-appeal-dneoq-06052016-timed-out/#comment-342340

To briefly to respond to some of the points raised though:

Please link me to the two ban appeals you mentioned." - Youre right, in my haste at the time I wrote in my birthday. I've estimated my ban time, i honestly though have no idea when in the year it was. "Why have you waited so long to appeal?" - I'm a medical student (UK student studying in the Netherlands) so I dont really get any free time between studying, learning a new language and reasearch projects. Once again I finally have time to play (whilst writing my Bachelor thesis) and really want to get back on the server as it was my favourite server and when i found out i got banned i was very confused as it must have been a while since i had last played hence why the appeals took so long to formulate in the first and second.

This time around I *will* be checking every day to see if anyone has replied as i dont want this to time out.

Since you explained to me that you are extremely busy i'll do what I can to not let this timeout for yourself either. can you quote me the rule that you broke and explain it in your own words.

I assume what you mean by “explain it in your own words”, you mean explain the reason why you think you would be suspected for breaking the rule and not what the rule means.

(2.4) - Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money... etc etc

I believe that this was suspected seeing as we played a session whereby we were selling weapons and such, in a group of 3/4 people, and we sold a large amount of weapons during this session and so racked up a bunch of money. Also especially seeing as I don’t tend to play too much, (and if I remember correctly it may not even be too long after I got the game – but to this I’m not sure) this must have looked like a miraculous jump in funds which I wouldn’t be surprised attracted attention.

The brothers’ plan was to turn to bounty hunters, I simply tagged along and did whatever they were doing really, seeing as I don’t and didn’t play too much anyhow. The fact I was playing at all was more of the point for me, rather than going for specific roles and such.

Having played (even a small amount on the server) I’ve always enjoyed the RP and consider it a great bit of fun to have in my limited down time. It’s never been an intention of mine to hack at all and even more so, I don’t think I’d even benefit from it in any case seeing as I barely play, which makes this whole predicament even more unfortunate for me. Of course up until now you didn’t know my situation and so I was just another faceless person and a name so at least I got the chance to explain myself.

Hey to whomever is dealing with this, Robbie etc etc,

I have *finally* got myself the weekend off before my exam on the 30th. So it'd be great if we could get this resolved (or even move a little further along) before that date as then I'd be able to possibly play after my exams finish. 

I'm not pressuring of course, nor trying to nag, just letting you guys know that i'd be able to answer more or less back and forth for today and hopefully we can get somewhere.

If you read the unban appeal rules you would see that you should not bump your post. So im going to lock this for a few days.

Right, to respond:

I have read the rules and I know that you shouldn't bump the thread. To be 100% honest I didn't think it counted as being a bump as as I've already said to Robbie in the first instance I am always tending to be rushing and working so on, so the "accused bump" was coming more from a place which was alerting you guys to the fact I would be around more so to respond to this thread.

After the discussion got locked, I spoke to a fellow gamer and asked his opinion on whether what i was saying sounded "bumpy" (for lack of a better term) or not. He was of the idea that it was at least leaning towards the bumpy end, which I can honestly say was 100% not my intention in the slightest. Of course, as you all know, that anyone posting here on the site in this section will be wanting to get back of the game, so that's a given, and of course *I too* wish to get back to playing if this can be sorted out.

Again, I do apologise as you believe it came out that way, so to summarise on this point, It was not my intention to bump; it was only me trying to give information about when I have free time. (In hindsight i guess if i had left out the second paragraph my meaning would have come out more-so than it did.) I mean i really did try for it not to come across as such, i even wrote "I'm not pressuring of course, nor trying to nag, just letting you guys know that i'd be able..." as an attempt to minimise the possibility of that happening.

In response to the "how can we trust you?" - I will honestly say I don't understand how accidentally causing a bump (which I have previously explained was not intended to be so) has any retracting validity on the sincerity of my original reason for being banned. I was banned for a suspected moneyhack after trading a bunch of weapons in a group of 3 people, to which I've posted links to the other requests as requested. I've not been hostile, nor aggressive. I think, at least, I've been relatively civil in the discussion. I accidentally bumped the post, which I have apologised for, and thankfully gotten a chance to explain myself for the reasoning behind it.

I hope we can move past this slight bump in the road (if you pardon the pun)

p.s. can I ask just so this doesn't happen again by accident, does that mean that I cannot write in the post at all unless being asked a question? Or was it simply the unfortunate way I phrased what I was trying to say

 
I can even prove i'm a medical student if that makes any difference. If there is a better way than posting things here I will provide the evidence if this will make you believe that I can be trusted. 

I can even prove that I'm the George as mentioned in the previous unban request from Captain Morgan.

None of what I have written has been fabricated. I would hate that this is a further issue and I will do what I can to show the truth and trustworthiness of myself.
