My friend has my steam details and he had been on my arma 3 whilst i did not have acess to my pc

Your account is YOUR responsibility. Have your friend make a forum account and post here to confirm as this falls under the "MY BROTHER DID IT CLAUSE"

 
You are claiming it is a friend, in order to protect the community we need to confirm it was truly this person, and you are being truthful. We have an obligation to our members to be thorough.

I can personally confirm that I, Bobbsy had logged onto DLN's account through steam and logged on to his altis lif server on Arma 3. I had read the rules before hand as I really wanted to play on this game and server. I thought it would be a good idea to 'RDM' inside of the 'Green Zone'. Evidently it was not. As a result of this DLN got banned of this server. I'm deeply sorry for any inconvenience I have caused and I take full responsibility for my actions.

This will not happen again, me and bobbsy have spoke, he and i are deeply sorry for the consern and we both know the consequences. I have change steam password to private my account and this will not happen again :)
