In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe I was banned because of my out-dated understanding of the RDM rule were I thought that my type of initiation was still acceptable on the server however I was clearly wrong.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe I should be unbanned because I have a long history of playing on Altis Life and much RP experience on the servers(which you clearly can't tell be the reason I'm banned). Also this was a small mistake on my part which I apologise for and I have went back and updated my knowledge on the server rules as clearly alot has changed since I last played to make sure this does not happen again. I hope that my acknowledgment of my wrong doing can help us come to a better decision on the matter.

Can you explain the situation leading up to your ban?

Well we had been following these people as me and my buddy believed they had stole our truck, so when they left a greenzone they crashed and we took advantage. Using my old understanding of initiation I told them to get out of the car without a gun and out there hands up. He then tried to drive away with 2 blown out tires which in my opinion is pretty bad RP so I told him stop and began a count down(which I am wrong for), he didn't stop so I took action.

The countdown and insufficient time even with the countdown was the issue, I believe I had. You gave him less than 3 seconds when counting to three.

Yes, I completely understand what I done wrong and apologize for it and I can ensure you and other members of staff that it won't happen again as I have went over the rules again and from this I believe I will use RP a whole lot more to sort problems out instead of killing someone, as it seems alot less stuff can go wrong when in RP.

So, after this appeal has been looked into, staff members have found out that this is your second account. You are in fact ''GC Gerard'', banned for sending pictures of the wife of a management member on streams and hanging out with the most toxic kid brigade this server has ever seen.

Therefore you, under whatever account, are no longer welcome here. Not now, not ever.

And if you were thinking of buying yet another account: We will eventually find out and ban that to. So save yourself the money.
