I was banned for shooting someone, which my friend told me to shoot due down to that they shot him.

Why should we unban you.
I was just following what my friend said because i was close to the area, so in my opinion it was not RDM because i witnessed the first shooting and it seemed it was over nothing, so i did my friend told me told me to do and shot the people who shot him.

You shot a civilian that was not involved in the situation at all. Just a passerby. 

So RDM yes.

But a crossfire should not be classed as RDM? 

As it is a mere accident, its the civilians fault for being at that area when the bullets were let loose?

I understand that the civilian was you that i accidentally killed as well, but this is a mere first offense which the RDM was a total accident i would simply refund the lost gear instead of being banned over a thing that has such pity.
