I called someone a nonce in sidechat when we was disputing a situation where he was upset about dying after me and my friend told him to hold his hands up, he then ran, killed me and my friend then killed him, he was asking for us to give him his truck back i then said we wouldve thought about doing that if you werent being a nonce about the whole situation.

Why should we unban you ?
I realize that i should not have been talking to people like that in sidechat and that it was OOC i was caught up in the moment and was angry at the guy and id like to apologize for my actions and humbly ask to be allowed back onto the server, i will refrain from using sidechat or any chat like this in the future, thanks.

(3.2) Out of Character Chat (OOC) interactions must be made over side chat.

Breaking character at any point is not allowed, anything that must be discussed out of character should be taken into team speak as to not disrupt others playing on the server.

Again i would like to apologize for my actions.

 
So a few things,

1) Please don't edit the title to awaiting staff, please leave it to what we set it as.

2) Why have you posted the wrong steam ID? This is your actual steam ID: 76561198131916828. Not this one that you posted: 76561197960287930. Any reason?

Seem's you want to troll more, now I don't believe this was out of anger, I'm not sure if I should let you back on the server, what can you do to put my mind at rest.

both of those steam id's you posted are exactly the same i don't quite understand the problem there, but as for the private message i can honestly say i did not see it and as for the ban reason i honestly thought i was because of that incident where me, Corey and Razor were discussing in side chat because of a separate situation that's since been resolved.

id like to apologize for being ignorant enough to miss that message you sent and i understand how dumb and childish those messages are and were, but again i would like to apologize for this shitty behavior and i would sincerely hope you  would consider letting me back on

if you were to let me back onto the server i can honestly say you will not see this behavior from me again, looking back on it i feel so fucking stupid and i regret it so much.

I sat down and actually read your chat logs... I do not like what I see, or do I think a "I apologize for my dumb behaviour" from what I can see this was not a one off. The timestamps shown by Madmatt also showcases some other issues, you start off with saying you did this because of being mad, but there is several hours between some of those! Please explain why we should let you back on, and how we can trust that you won't do this again just to be disruptive.

 
I said that i was calling that guy a nonce out of anger because i believed that was the reason for my ban as it was the most recent things i had put in chat, i wasn't really clear on the ban reason all i was notified with was OOC abuse so i just assumed it was that, and i understand that you looking at the difference in time frames of the messages is disconcerting because they were over a large time span of repeated random comments in side chat and I'm not standing here saying what i did was right but as mentioned i did not notice the message from Matt saying stop what i was doing in side chat which in the last reply i have apologized for my ignorance

in every reply so far all I've done is apologize for being stupid and i don't know much else to tell you, I didn't mean to disrupt anyone nor did i think it was causing any type of disruption but i assure you this wont happen again

Well, that is a good few minutes of my life I've wasted going through your immature comments. 
Quite frankly this appeal should have been denied a while back.
We don't want people like you on the server that cause issue's and just troll people and abuse them.
You can appeal again in 6 months when hopefully you have matured.
