In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
When I was originally banned I was doing a 30min sentence in jail and was afk due to me having food poisoning after a couple hours of not interacting with my PC at all I come back to see that I have been banned for 7.1.3. After asking Staff to ask mryan why i was banned and got a general grasp of why the staff member considered it a rule break, I was told Baiting/Low quality roleplay. Before word for word explaining the incident I do in fact have a recording of the incident, (https://youtu.be/sWIcqns3eIU), Now the situation originally start with Kayn, Drex, and I attempting to rob 3 hemett's, after Drex successfully initiating we got into a long chase ending when the hemetts drove to the PD and they aided them there. While i was there I told the cops that If i continued to be followed and my rebel forces will not hesitate to open fire, after doing so the police counter-initiated then I over heard a police officer giving the command to shoot so we decided it was best not to get in a gun fight and flee. A couple minutes past and a police car ANPRs us and begins to follow us, after a small chase he hops out tells us that if we continue driving our tires will be shot out but by accident the police officer one-taps Drex in the head as you can see he is downed at my mini-map. After a couple minutes of the unit chasing me around Agios trying to avoid being arrested(proven by Drex's bleeding out timer) Drex's vehicle runs out of fuel, forcing me to stop where the video begins. I swiftly get away from the police with no cop in sight then after my mate crashing and almost killing me i decided to walk back to Agios to get my own vehicle and drive away. After sneaking up the the tablet and pressing the button to get my vehicle out I started to whistle because i thought that i was going to spawn my car and I could drive away but it failed to spawn due to a police car being to close. While all this happening a police officer rushes me and telling me to put my hands behind my head to which I respond no sir and run away. He then following me tells me if i continue to run I will be tased to which I reply If you continue to follow me you will be sprayed down to prevent me being tased and proceed to tell him "Can you do me a favor and pop those hands on your head" be replies by pulling a weapon and in common sense you should whip you weapon out when your at gun point and you've been initiated on so i believe hes going to retaliate and spray me due to my lethal initiation so I open fire and open fire on the other police officer for having his taser pointed at me and firing it. I originally didnt want a gun fight and if i did i had many chances to make the situation one.
Why should we unban you ?
Been a loyal member to the community since February and ever since, the level of roleplay this server has is amazing compared to my previous community. Will really hate to say goodbye to it early due to a ban because it is honestly a fun community that ive meet so many amazing people in. Looking back at the entirety of the situation a lot of roleplay was provided and given back so i wouldnt call it a poor roleplay situation, as for my initiation it was a tense situation and me being 5 to 1 I did act a bit fast and didnt really comprehend it at the time since was a bit nervous as a result it was a bit rushed.
