I think i got banned because at the start of the gun fight i fired to early

Why should we unban you ?
I should be unbanned because I fell like it was a bit unfair. i was not on the server for a couple of days and i didint get a chance to fight their report Because i have a video of them telling me to put my gun away or they will shoot. Wich i thought that gave me the permission to shoot at them because my life is put in danger.

Ok yes i see the rules but the words “put your hands up or I will shoot” didnt come from my mouth it was them who initiated on me like this and we had a stand of going on so i think i had every right to shoot them

 
From the video of the situation I watched you had 4 armed players pointing guns at you they instruct you to put your gun down and you open fire, no quality roleplay what so ever.  You say "I am going to get shot" and immediacy open fire. 

Do you honestly thing you have every right to shoot them?

you can see in this video when one of them clearly says put the gun down or i will get shot. 

 
I realized that I did make a mistake a spoke to an admin via teamspeak and found out what i did was wrong. my Initiation was very pore because when they told me to put my hands up i said or what wich is not allowed as considered as poor rp. I should of tried to talk to them o made it clare that i will shoot them to before actually firing and or trying to role play my way out of a gunfight because there was 4 of them . Dont mind the video that i posted it was just a misunderstanding. I Hope i can get unbanned sence i fell like i learned my lesson. And know i will make sure to carry out high quality role play before shooting somebody

 
If you could turn back time, taking the situation into consideration, and also the fact you're supposed to be roleplaying a flesh and blood human being, explain in detail what you could have done / said differently and the possible outcome of your new approach. 

 
If i was in that situation again i would definitely handle it differently. I would comply with them because there was 4 of them and do what ever they tell me so that i would make it out alive. If i manage to get out alive i would call the police [If they dont take my phone].
