In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Me and two other friends were making sure that our another friend Markuzas won't get looted since he was killed by a police officer for no reason, so we were shooting all police officers, all of them died except one, the last one came about mins after the last shot was fired, I didn't knew that I need to initiate again after 3 minutes (since when we were playing on another server initiaton lasted for like 10mins instead of 3)

Why should we unban you.
Becouse we're new on this server and we don't yet know all the rules. I'm sure that this will not be happening again. I am realy apologise for that mistake.

Not now, when you first join the server. The splashscreen that you have to click "OK" on to even get into the server.

Okay. So how would you deal with this situation if you get unbanned, and it happens again?

Ok, so I learned my lesson, I've read all the rules and if this would ever happen again I would make sure that initiation still applies before shooting someone.

I would initiate before shooting at someone, doesn't matter how much time passed,

 passed before last shot

Always make sure the guy you kill knows why he gets killed, is some wise words said by @Vladic Ka that has stuck with me. If you think that the guy you are about to shoot don't know why he is getting killed, then don't do it.
