In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe I was banned because whilst passing over Kavala I parachuted from my plane to land at the hospital, my plane (I believe) landed very far away from Kavala as I wanted to ensure the safety of the town below me. However, as soon as I had finished parachuting I was moved by admin Matt and banned for VDM. I (as I am aware) did not injure or kill anyone and therefore am reasonably unaware to why I was banned but admittedly caused an explosion of only my plane. I have had a warning previous from an admin about locking picking in kavala but I believe that was under correct surcumstances as I believed the cop had died due to passenger seating.

Why should we unban you ?
I would like to be unbanned because I do not believe I coursed any harm to citizens and in that case had made the right decision to send my plane away from Kavala. I have also been a participent on the server for a long time now and would like to remain part of the community. p.s Vote Gucci Mane for Mayor

Your claim doesn't really make a lot of sense, I watched you flying incredibly low over the kavala greenzone and the hospital greenzone, the main reason I was watching you. 

I continue observing you and you fly directly at the hospital and bail out. You landed nowhere near the hospital and your plane lands inside the hospital courtyard, the complete opposite of your claim. Why did you then refuse to speak to me when I attempted to question you?

I was attempting to land at the hospital if not near it. My plane did not land in the hospital as I had someone i was talking to just outside, it may have landed near by however. I honestly did not realise that you (Matt) had made an attempt to talk to me as when I had landed from parachuting I got stuck in a tree, so in an attempt to fix this issue had alt + tab, and when i rejoined the game i was stood on top a hill and the banned seconds later.

I will except however long the ban is and will appeal whenever I can as I wish to rejoin the community.

Again you've just contradicted yourself. You admit you saw me move you so I could speak to you yet you're now claiming you didn't see me move you. First you say the plane landed way outside kavala and now you say it landed by the hospital....

Either way there are some serious inconsistencies in your story,  it looked to me as if you attempted to crash your plane into the hospital and you very nearly did so.

Either way we are not here to discuss why I banned you, I have no doubts in my mind as to the integrity of this ban, accident or not this was not acceptable.

Please List the rules you have broken, including the initial incident of flying above two different greenzones at low altitude.

 
[SIZE=medium](2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).[/SIZE]

(2.13) Please keep all aviation 300m above any greenzone excluding the airport (This is to make sure any roleplay is not disturbed).

Seems you've lied to us already, not a good start. How can I now be certain you've not lied elsewhere?

In future if you want to visit the hospital while flying around in your plane, what will do you differently?

 
Land else where in my plane away from green zones, either airport or a clear strip away from everything and drive to the hospital.
