Breaking the rule regarding teleporting

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Basically, i was doing meth run with cult members and when cops unlogged and price has halved, we decided to go and drive away from the meth.
On our way from the meth dealer i had a deadly crash with tempest device which caused both trucks to explode.
"Well f*ck." I thought. "Let me just respawn, damn HEMTT brakes."
Well, after i respawned i choose to spawn at my house, quickly geared up and then relogged to Athira, when, on my way to garages i got kicked by Deleter.

Why should we unban you ?
Cuz although i knew i am breaking the rule i don't think it was that adequate at the time the ban was issued cuz due to restart i could do the whole thing the other way as well.
Meaning - gearing up before restart, waiting for restart and after restart spawning in Athira (was about 2-1 mins b4 restart).

Anyways, i guess admins still get angry if you do this so i'll do it the before-and-after restart way next time i get into this situation, that is, if i get unbanned.

Another reason - roleplay.
I am putting a damn big load of time into roleplay for people to enjoy (news, diplomatic projects, adventures/journeys with UNMC members, documents, scenarios, mayoral election application, suggestions (here and here), philosofical conversations and more.

For example the 'Queen's Wish bank Heist', 'Pyrgos PD seize' or latest 'The Voice of Liberty news'.

As well, i had many and many other RP scenarios prepared - "Journey into Dodgy Daves' castle (regarding bone digging)", "Claiming a city", "Altis heli acrobatics event", "Ghost House negotiations" and other, which i hope i'll get chance to realise as well if i'll get unbanned. (plus many and many RP treasury heists, mini rp events, meeting stuffs and things like that)

So put simply, lesson learned, it's still not acceptable to do this thing even when the server restart is literally seconds away and will make sure it wont happen again, presumably either loading into house and waiting there geared up for restart or spawning in cities to travel to my house to gear up.

I can appreciate "lesson learned" and all that but our rules are quite explicit as to this being a form of exploiting. I wasn't aware that you can softlog and then teleport across an island in the real world...

You say you have provided a quality of roleplay thus far but that doesn't excuse a disregard of other rules as they are all in place for one reason or another. If you'd waited until the actual restart, I can't fault you but you need to realise that if we took the stance of "ah well it's only a few minutes" with all of our rules there would be a consistency problem here in terms of how we enforce them.

Absolutely, when i look at the whole situation from admins' side i completely understand what Deleter had to do and i understand he had to do what he did.

By that, i now promise to follow all of the rules and don't create or think of silly exceptions, as i understand their unacceptability.
