The problem I had with the situation which is actually why the ban was placed, instead of it being resolved at that moment.

Was the rapid disconnect from teamspeak and in game.

I can see now that you weren't in the green zone however close you were cutting it and at most it was gonna be a caution from what fluqi had seen.

What is to stop you just doing it again? Our staff member was just trying to talk to you about it.

At first we was having a conversation i walked to a quieter part of kavala with fluqi but it was becoming frustratingly clear to me that fluqi didn't want to listen to me/discuss it instead was talking down to me telling me i was wrong  or technically wrong because it was close to the border 

when i told him that i had the video he replied with a screenshot of himself on the map n the greenzone (that im sure he ran off to take because he ran away for a moment and came back with the Screenshot) saying this is where it happened with no actual evidence of me being there (like my gps on the map) this annoyed me because it simply wasn't true and with him not even wanting to acknowledge i had a video i could upload and just being told i was wrong  the frustration of it i left both the ts/game as i did not feel i was being listened to

Right I can see from your video that there was no rule break and you took great care to make sure that there was no rule break.

However @Dentibus can you see from our perspective why we banned before waiting for your video, we aim to treat everyone fairly here and if a hobo had done what you had done then I would have banned them from pure presumption, evident by them logging off, that they had done it on purpose.

My apologies for taking so long to reply on this situation however the appeals section is filled atm and I did have to sleep.
